⚡️ The Advantages of Being Optimistic
+ Actions vs Outcomes, Blessings, and More...

Ciao!
BAD S email comin’ right at ya! 🚆
Let’s go!
Being optimistic enhances the quality of life. Not only does it help us get through tough times, but it also improves our odds of success because it makes us more likely to take action toward our goals. Optimism is also known to improve brain and heart health, and optimists even live longer (11-15% more according to this study).
Pessimism, on the other hand, lowers our energy, thwarts our abilities, and kills our enthusiasm.
The good news is that being optimistic is a habit. Like any habit, it requires practice. We can all have a more positive outlook in life; we just have to work on it.
One thing is certain - not everything will always go your way, and that’s not the point. It’s about maintaining the expectation that things will go well.
Count your blessings. Some people out there are already doing what you want to do with a lot less than what you have.
Focus on actions rather than outcomes.
Outcomes can be daunting, especially big ones. Undertaking a massive project often feels overwhelming, difficult, and like it’ll take forever to get done.
Instead of trying to write a book, focus on writing a page every day. Instead of learning to play the piano, focus on playing for 30 minutes daily.
It’s a simpler, easier approach that will allow you to gain that all-important momentum and inevitably make progress.
This day won’t ever come again.
Write this down and put it somewhere you can see it every morning. See what happens.
Fast, lift, sprint, stretch, and meditate.
Build, sell, write, create, invest, and own.
Read, reflect, love, seek truth, and ignore society.
Make these habits. Say no to everything else.
Avoid debt, jail, addiction, disgrace, shortcuts, and media.
Relax. Victory is assured.

You could leave life right now. Let that determine what you do and say and think.”
Bucket List
Beach of the week: Anse Source D'Argent in the Seychelles. It’s considered one of the world’s most photographed beaches, and I can see why. 🏝️
Letter done. See you next week! Have a blast! 🤙
